WHAT Peter HAD TO SAY:
“Some years ago I damaged my knee during a regular run. I could barely walk for several weeks, and I thought my running days were over.
My knee doctor said it was either an operation with a possible 50% success rate or “wait and see”.
At the time I was training with Belinda so rather than “waiting and seeing” she adjusted my workout with more knee strengthening routines.
After a year I returned to my doctor who proclaimed that my improved knee muscle development meant that running was again possible.
My doctor and I were both delighted that I was able to ‘repair myself’ with regular, directed training.
To avoid injuring myself again, I changed my running philosophy and my shoe type. I’m now running on a regular basis again.
I have also greatly improved my abdominal musculature over the years of training with Belinda; previously a weakness in my physique.
Belinda’s training is effective and always enjoyable.

Training with Belinda has given me more confidence than I ever knew i had. I now have six pack happening and good muscle tone.
